CCC certification

1、 Prepare materials

Firstly, both the applicant and the manufacturer need to provide (one copy of each business license);

Secondly, two complete prototypes of the same model are required;

3. Prepare the product's user manual, circuit diagram, specification sheet, series difference explanation, key component list CDF table;

4. Relevant important components need to provide CQC/CCC certification (main power adapters, power connection wires, PCB boards, plastic shells, batteries, etc.);

2、 Operation process:

First application for CCC certification:

1. The client provides information (one business license) and an application form to assist the client in applying to Beijing CQC/Tairuit;

2. Assist customers in predicting product improvements;

3. Submit to the national laboratory for testing;

4. Follow up on the progress of the case and issue a qualified product type inspection report;

5. Assign factory review time tasks and send CCC project engineers to the factory to provide pre audit guidance (procedure documents and quality manuals) to relevant personnel;

On the day of the factory audit, accompanied by the audit counselor, assist the factory in rectification and ensure that the audit is passed on the same day;

7. National institutions obtain CCC certificates;

B already has CCC certification, apply for new product CCC certification again:

1. The customer provides information (one business license) and an application form to assist the customer in applying to CQC/Terate;

2. Assist customers in product prediction and rectification;

3. Submit to the national laboratory for testing;

4. Track the progress of the case and issue a qualified product type inspection report;

5. National institutions obtain CCC certificates;

Annual supervision and review of Factory C:

1. Provide the CCC original report for the annual product review and confirm the list of key components;

2. The laboratory issues an annual confirmation inspection report (LVD EMC)

3. Assign factory review time tasks and send CCC project engineers to the factory to provide pre audit guidance (procedure documents and quality manuals) to relevant personnel;

4. On the day of the factory audit (factory audit fee of 5000 in Guangzhou and Shenzhen), provide consistent accompaniment and assist the factory in dealing with unexpected issues on the same day to ensure that the audit is passed on the same day;

The original applicant's derivative certificate ODM/OEM is given to the distributor:

1. Provide both parties' business licenses;

2. The laboratory assists in issuing the ODM/OEM agreement, which is signed and stamped by both parties;

3. Fill in the consistency declaration form;

4. Provide the nameplate for this event;

5. Submit the laboratory inspection report to CQC for review;
